SIM SPEEDWAY 2017 - ULTIMATE LEAGUE RIDERS CHAMPIONSHIPS
Evergreen Carl Hooper turned back the years to win the ELRC, leaving pre meeting favourites Scotney and France in his tyre tracks. The competition was fierce and Cervenka apart from an in season injury and Cormack who raced off to decide the podium, would have considered themselves worthy winners, France though with two duck eggs and Scotney suffering a retirement were both only a point off a place in the top three. Young riders Carr, Birkerts and Langfield were disappointed with their efforts.
